Customer Service Policy
My Brothers Keeper aims to provide you with the best service we can. Below is our process in buying goods from us and what you can expect. If at anytime you feel we are not meeting your needs please contact the customer service team on any method listed under the section Contacting Us.
Once your order is placed; we predict a delivery time frame of 3-7 working days for Australia orders and a 5-20 working days for International. If we are out of stock of the item you are after or for any reason are having difficulty with your order, you will be contacted within 48 hours by email or phone using the email address or numbers that have been provided by you on placing the order to advise;

We will refund the monies paid cheque. All orders are subject to availability of stock. All orders are processed in Australia dollars.

Your personal information is collected to enable us to process your orders and/or to inform you of special promotions, new MBK clothing range and Team updates that may be of interest to you. We recognise that privacy of personal information is important to individuals. Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct and safe.
Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business.
If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you anymore.
Returns and Exchange
Returns
To return an item(s), please include a copy of the invoice that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the invoice. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed. We will refund the monies paid by cheque
, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your name for future purchases if chosen.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include $11 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia. No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging size (Australia only). If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
